Chorus of the Brandywine sponsors A Cappella singing classes at CCArts

COB is working with the staff of the Center for the Creative Arts to offer a special class for area singers who would like to learn more about techniques used in A Cappella music. Led by award winning director, coach and singer Chuck Lower, the class will use Barbershop as the medium for teaching proper vocal technique, blending and balancing chords to make great music. The course will be given over six weeks beginning September 27. It will culminate in a brief "show" in which students can show off their talents.

Chorus of the Brandywine Sponsors a Holiday Chorus

During the month of November, the COB will open its meetings to men from our area who might enjoy singing in a men's holiday chorus. One hour on each of the five Mondays in November will be devoted to learning and preparing a repertoire of holiday music to be presented throughout December at area retirement homes, senior centers and other venues. This is a great opportunity for men to enjoy the fun of singing for this special time of year.
